Return & shipping policy

Return

Our customers have 14 days to return the purchased item(s) from the day they received their order. The items must be returned with the valid receipt and in the same condition as they were received. The returns will be inspected and the customer will be notified if the item(s) qualifies for a return. The customer will shortly receive their money back in their bank account once the item(s) has passed the inspection.

Our return policies does not apply to items purchased on sale. Discounted items are non-refundable.

Our customers are also welcome to return their purchases at the Aces! Vintage shop in Markveien 59B, 0550 Oslo. Please bring the receipt for the purchased items. In-store returns are free of charge. 

Shipping

We ship within Norway.
Shipping within Norway costs 99kr

We post all our items out within the week of purchase. You will be notified when the order is registered and when the package is shipped.
