Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return an item. It must come back in the same condition as it was received, with the receipt. Every item is one of a kind, so check the measurements in the product description before you order.

 

Email acesvintageoslo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the receipt, and we will confirm the return address. You pay the return postage, and shipping costs are not refunded. Returns are inspected, and the refund goes back to your original payment method once the item has passed.

 

You can also return in our shop on Markveien, Grünerløkka, free of charge. Bring the receipt.
